What type of products do you offer?
Stauber is a bulk ingredient supplier to processors and marketers of nutritional, food, beverage, cosmetic, flavor and other products. We specialize in the following categories: Minerals, Amino Acids, Green Foods, Excipients, Energy & Weight Loss, Herbs, Sweeteners, Acidulants, Vitamins and Acidophilus.

What is a Product Information Sheet?
A Product Information Sheet provides general information about a particular product.

What is a COA document?
A "COA" or "C of A" stands for "Certificate of Analysis". A COA is issued per product per batch (lot) number. A COA includes various criteria related to that specific product, as well as whether the product meets certain compendia/criteria such as USP, NF, FCC, Food Grade, BP, JP, etc.

What is a Spec Sheet?
A Specifications Sheet provides the particular specifications (criteria) for a product. Wheareas the COA typically provides information about actual results for a specific batch or lot number, the Specifications Sheet offers a similar criteria profile, but is not "batch" or "lot" specific. It is a "general specifications" of a product.

What are the procedures for placing an order?
To place an order, simply contact our office at 714-441-3900. You will then be assigned a Customer Service Representative who will gladly assist you.

Which forms of payment do you accept?
We accept checks or wire transfers.

What is your return policy?
At Stauber Performance Ingredients, Inc., we stand behind our products and services. If there is a problem with a product, our customers should contact their Customer Service Representative (CSR) to obtain a "Return Authorization" number in order to handle their request in an efficient manner.
  1. Product quality is extremely important to us. For this reason, we will only accept returned material if it is in original, sealed and undamaged containers.
  2. All material returned must be within the lot expiration period and received no later than 30 days after original shipment by Stauber.
  3. Restocking fees of 15% will be accessed on returns at the original invoice value.
  4. Any request to waive restocking fees requires management approval.
