Food use includes meal replacement and other powdered drink mixes, breads, cookies, brownies, cakes, pasta, and cereals. O2P Free withstands baking temperatures in excess of 350oF, as well as retorting and flash pasteurization. In most baked products, O2P Free permits up to 500mg/serving of omega-3 without affecting taste, smell. O2P Free powder requires no refrigeration or special handling.
