For the second year in a row, STAUBER’s parent company Hawkins, has been named by FORTUNE and Great Place to Work® as one of the top 25 companies on the list of FORTUNE Best Workplaces for Manufacturing and Production.
Great Place to Work selected the Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production by gathering and analyzing confidential survey responses from more than 57,000 employees at Great Place to Work-Certified organizations in the manufacturing and production industry. In the survey, Hawkins’ employees reflected a great employee experience, defined by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie.
STAUBER was acquired by Minnesota based Hawkins, Inc. in 2015 – a company whose values, culture and customer focused mindset are identical to that of STAUBER. Hawkins, Inc. is a publicly traded company based out of Roseville, MN distributing a wide variety of bulk and specialty chemicals.
