Today, as a Partner in Generation Three Ventures, Ari focuses his attention on product innovation, business intelligence and strategy for health and wellness and consumer product goods companies.
Eric Ciappio, PhD, RD, Strategic Development Manager, Balchem
Eric Ciappio is the Strategic Development Manager of Nutrition Science at Balchem, where he works with organizations in the food, beverage and dietary supplement industries to help bring compelling new nutritional products to the market. Eric is a published scientific expert with over 10 years of industry experience and proven performance across roles in scientific affairs, sales and marketing. He previously held a variety of roles in nutrition science, sales and marketing at organizations such as Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, DSM Nutritional Products and IFF. Eric holds a PhD in Biochemical and Molecular Nutrition from Tufts University and is a Registered Dietitian.
